Why are people in denial about ancient egyptians b african black people?

the proof speaks for itself, ie Osiris, means lord of the perfect black! Kemet means land of black, no proof of slaves in kemet, all black people don't have nappy hair, ancient egyptians had a hot combs, they had wigs, braids, lips and noses only black people have, black people come in all colors without interracial breeding ,so why all the denial? just don't wanna give us credit for civilizing in the world. Why???
