How do I get over killing a mouse?

okay, first off...did the mouse have ANY emotional attachment to you in any way, shape, or form?? I understand the gruesomeness of killing a living creature, but seriously??? That's like crying for three hours straight because you stepped on a ladybug. Not trying to be insensitive or anything, but....
