Is this why some guys lose interest in a girl once the chase is over?

Ok I think I figured out why guys lose interest in girls when the chase is over. So some girls like to play games and make guys do all this work to prove themselves in all sorts of ways, the guy quickly gets tired of playing games but relents because he knows the prize is just out of reach and all he has to do is persevere. When the girl is pleased that he pes all these tests she allows him to finally catch her and they live happily ever after right? Wrong. Because now its the guy's turn to evaluate his prize.. Uh oh. He is astonished to find out that the girl hardly meets any of his other standards outside the physical aspects he becomes disgruntled that he wasted so much energy for a bad catch and swiftly throws it back in the water. So the girl spends so much time evaluating guys that she forgot to look at her own self. Is that why guys lose interest?
