Vomiting while on the pill - chances of pregnancy?

The other week I was sick with a tummy bug and had uncontrollable vomiting for about 5 days. I told my bf we had to use a condom, but we got carrie away at one point and he came inside me. I now have horrible feelings of nausea, cramps, flatulence and loose stools (sorry if tmi) and am tired all the time. Also, certain smells, even ones I used to like, make me want to vomit, as does the idea of eating cheese or drinking milk. I don't have sore , and continued taking the pill without a break as instructed by my doctor so can't tell if Iwould have missed a period. Do you think I could be pg?
