What about NO PUBLIC OPTION, but affordable healthcare, access for all, portability, real cost reduction?

All but 2 and 4 already exist. I feel taxing hospitals on income and Luxury and taxing insurance co on profits over 100% would lower premiums without costing US anything. Hospitals do not need architectural wonders to treat patients. The millions wasted on gl and marble on a hospital would pay for insurance for the uninsured in that area for decades. When you go to the ER do you care if it looks like a resort? Insurance companies have the same problem, they build monuments to themselves. Really shows how bad off they are. Tax the buildings like they tax your houses. More elaborate, more tax!
