My boyfriend likes to have with other people?

I'm gay and am 25 and my boyfriend is 21. We've together 3 months now and because of unforeseen cirstances we now live together as well. However I feel that I love him and he says he loves me too. We make each other so happy, he puts a smile on my face! But, he has had a wild life before he met me and has been with many people and feels the need to still have with random people. We talked about it before, and he stopped cold turkey for a month, but has now begun again and wants both of us to meet other people. If we break up he will have nowhere to go and could spiral downhill, I have to keep that in consideration because I do care for him so much! We have often but rarely ever , with that he prefers to get from other guys. My question is can he really still love me even though he says he can't feel ually attracted to just one person, me? I really just don't know what to do.
