I AM TRYING TO PICK BETWEEN three 270 RIFLES?

I need help i got a Choice beet ween three rifles same 270 Caliber but different brand it either remington 770 or moss berg 100atr or marlin XL7270 and all come with 3-9-40 bushnell and all under 400$ look at them at buds gun shop
