Can a cleanse effect my pregnancy?

I just finished a 30 day cleanse about eight days ago and have just found out that I am about four weeks pregnant. I have been reading that neural tube defects are caused by lack of certain vitamins and are also caused before the woman even knows she is pregnant. Will the cleanse effect the baby, and did I deprive my fetus of nutrients while taking this?
