Need some help with a problem..?

your mom is a dog hoarder it happens alot and all the people think they are helping the dogs when really they are hurting them get the facts and tell her that you are not trying to be selfish but you are just trying to look out for the dogs..... show her some sites that will tell her she can get in trouble with the humane officer for keeping that many dogs..... where do you live? i know in green bay you can only have two dogs without a licence so also look up the laws and show her that too.... sadly enough i know what she is going trough i did the same thing too till the humane officer sat me down and showed me the diffrence between helping and hurting.... now i rescue and rehome with her help and i know the dogs are going to good places when they are placed but i never have more than one at a time (besides my two) so see if she can get in touch with the humane officer around you and explain she just wants to help and see if they have anything she can do.... also tell her to try going to a shelter and helping there it keeps the mess out of the house and she is still helping..... good luck i know from experiance you are going to need it!
