RA problem remedial measures?

my wife is suffering from RA.(rhuematic artherities). she is taking steroids mx of 60 mg. she is under treatment from md r.artherities for teh past one year. Now doctor says she is clinically fit and needs continuation of medicne to be come normal. Actually still she feels one or teh otehr difficulties. any body to share like wise problem
