Would you recommend a 1988 Volvo 780 Bertone Coupe to a new driver?

how reliable it is all depends on how good the previous driver maintained the vehicle (prompt oil changes, transmission flush, and other services)and if it's been in any wrecks you wanna be sure it was repaired properly so it reacts as it's supposed to in another wreck, older cars like that tend to have more problems and parts for any of those may be harder to come by
