Women can you Please help me?

So I have been pregnant twice, and every time Ive been diagnosed with BV bacterial vaginosis, does masturbating have aything to do with this? I mean it is just bad bacteria, so could that be a cause as well as the other causes? Because I masturbate alot, and how would you insist on me keeping everything clean inside of it ater masturbation and so I can help prevent this little mishap. Thank you ladies;)
