Trying to pick Italian-ish names. How about these two?

I love Anthony, not so sure about Allegra but if you like it, then go for it! But for Allegra Mikayla I suggest not making it so both the first and middle name end in 'a'. And for Anthony, maybe Anthony Joseph or Anthony Lee or whatever you feel best.
