Is this a cute outfit?

A black dress is always in need of some sparkle and I think the yellow belt is a great touch. It would be very stricking and very unique. I love peep toe shoes but I'm not sure red would go with yellow, if you are looking to be fashinable I'm not sure I would go with that combination, but if you are looking to be differn't and make a statement I would say go for it, everyone loves a trendsetter!
