HELP ME!!!!! PLEASE!!! constants in an experiment !?

okay so im doing this experiment. but its not really an experiment. i am so confused with this and its due tomorrow. so im looking at the rates of syphilis in men and women. and i need constants, but the data table im using doesnt have contants. so idk what to do. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE JUST GIVE ME BASIC CONSTANTS I CAN USE TO BULLSHIT THIS? thanks sooooo much !!! :D
