Ok your friend needs a reality check NO IS NO! If he keeps this up he will never get a girl. He needs to get himself in check and maybe some help, because stalking is scary. He should go out and meet someone that has common interests or maybe just let someone appear to him, you never know what can happen. But yeah he HAS TO LEAVE HER ALONE!
