Bespoke suit vs. Off the Rack and Altered suit?

Go for a bespoke suit - nothing better than a well tailored suit - try a three piece- adding a waistcoat/vest will give it that extra edge. If budget is a constraint then a well 'altered' off the rack will still look good.
